Puppy Obedience and Socialization$160.00 per 8 weeks This class is intended for puppies between ages of 12 weeks and 8 months. You as an owner will learn how to care for your puppy. Topics covered are, optimal nutrition, appropriate play and exercise, housetraining, crate training and responsible dog ownership. Puppy behaviors such as mouthing, jumping, biting on the leash, chewing will be addressed.
Your puppy will learn how to walk on a loose leash, Sit, Down and Come to you on command. You will receive a detailed handout for each lesson including exercises and assignments.
Emphasis is placed on learning appropriate socialization behaviors through free play and puppy swap exercises.
Tools used are toy motivators, treat motivators and rewards.
Your instructor will be an AKC approved S.T.A.R Puppy provider. The S.T.A.R Puppy test will be administered at the last class and is included in the price. Check next Start DateBook this class now
